1.Why are the products packaged in pump bottles and not conventional cosmetic jars ?

a: Because we chose the products to contain no preservatives, we found during testing, that contamination from fingers going into the jars, the product shelf life would be reduced. Pump bottles offer a safe and effective way of substantially increasing the shelf life.

2. How do I get everything out of the bottle?

a: Gently tapping the bottle on a countertop will allow the product to settle to the bottom and allows you to pump the last of the product. Alternatively, you can run the bottle under warm water for about a minute - not too hot, or you will cause the cream to separate!

3, How soon will I see results?

It depends on your skin. Some of our clients have seen results in a few days, others have experienced a little longer, a few weeks. Because these products contain no chemicals, they act more slowly to allow your skin to heal itself.

4. What kind of results can I expect?

We would love to say you will see miracles. Many of our customers have experienced dramatic improvements in the appearance of their skin. Many come back raving about the compliments they receive.

6. What's special about the bottles?
